What was the main theme? Inspiration. And there was plenty of it.
This year, IT managers, experts, and customers from various organizations came together to share their experiences, showcase how they use ALVAO in practice, and explore solutions to current challenges in IT process management and asset management.
Throughout the day, we heard 11 presentations focused on today’s most pressing topics – the shift to SaaS, integration with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and the use of AI in IT processes.
Our customers shared real-life scenarios – for example, ComAp walked us through their transition from on-premises to the cloud. Tipsport showcased how they connected ALVAO with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Jira. Cybersecurity insights weren’t left out either – Cyber Rangers provided a practical look at current threats and how to defend against them effectively.
Real stories from the field
This wasn’t just about trends – the spotlight was on real customer experiences. Organizations that use ALVAO to streamline their processes and manage IT services took the stage to share what works for them and what they’d recommend to others. Among the presenters were WITTENSTEIN, Cambridge International School, and the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic.
They all showed how ALVAO is integrated into their environments, what helps them succeed, and where others might find inspiration. These open presentations sparked valuable discussions that continued into the coffee breaks.
