Unified user management in just a few clicks
You’ll also find the new ALVAO in the Azure AD App Gallery, making it easier than ever to connect it to your Azure AD. All user accounts will then be created automatically in ALVAO, including the preset user access permissions. Your users will log into ALVAO automatically with their regular accounts (single sign-on, SSO). Multifactor authentication (MFA) is still there of course.
Secure and reliable reporting
Make decisions based on actual data provided by your ALVAO. You can now get data for the required reports and analytics by using the regular connector for ODATA, which is a standard part of Power BI. This means a direct connection to the ALVAO database is no longer required. In addition, the default report includes new pages.

Get the most out of your cloud services
In SaaS mode, we run ALVAO for you in secure Microsoft Azure data centers. If you prefer the traditional on-premises approach, you can also install your ALVAO in your own Azure subscription.
Instead of more expensive virtual servers (VMs), ALVAO now runs on a cheaper and more scalable platform, the Azure AppService.
Flexible access to information
If you are missing any specific data overview in ALVAO, you can now easily add it to the application, as a custom data query. The usage options cover a broad range. Get inspired with the ready-made sample questions:
- PCs whose TMP chip doesn’t meet the requirements for upgrading to Windows 11;
- The build number of the Windows operating system on each computer;
- Installed RAM modules in individual computers;
- Computers whose warranty ends in less than 6 months;
- Users who have been entrusted some work equipment, but haven’t signed off the handover;
Data extensibility above and beyond
You can easily extend your data records in ALVAO with your own data fields of various types. Now you can also add a custom User field, to enter the name of an existing user in ALVAO. Usage examples:
- Staff onboarding requirements – custom Supervisor or Mentor fields;
- Services – the Service Guarantor custom field;
- SW products – Application Guarantor custom field;
- SLA - Service Level Manager custom field.
