Walking into the exhibition hall, we knew we were among some of the biggest names in ITSM.

We had many meaningful conversations, some of them with seasoned professionals, some even regular speakers or trainers in the ITSM field. Others represented large and small IT organizations, curious about what’s new or exploring potential replacements for their current tools.
What the market is actually talking about
The event gave us valuable insights into the U.S. ITSM landscape as we spent time listening to what vendors were pitching and what the industry was discussing.
- AI is everywhere. The buzz around “AI agents for IT” was strong, with many vendors pushing automation and intelligent solutions.
