ALVAO Satisfaction Feedback

The Satisfaction Feedback module provides solvers with claiment feedback, by allowing claiments to give feedback for each request that was resolved, stating whether or not they were satisfied with the solution to their problem. The survey is open to claiments throughout the entire duration in which the request is being resolved. The completion of the survey is not restricted in any way, which means that repeated submissions are possible, both before and after the request is closed. The module also allows for the creation of a customized survey. The claiments’ satisfaction with resolving requests can be analysed in MS Excel, giving you valuable data about the quality of processing and resolution requirements.
