ALVAO Service Desk can be expanded with the ALVAO Call Centre Connector module, making it possible to integrate it with the customer’s phone exchange. Based on the incoming call, the system then registers the request. The requester‘s details are pre-filled according to the phone number, and the requests corresponding to the requester are found. This feature simplifies your operators’ work.
